Lucia Fulka Kopsová

Lucia Fulka Kopsová, born in Bratislava, pursued her music education under Mária Karlíková at the Bratislava Conservatory and later under František Novotný at Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts from 2005 to 2010. She's honed her skills through various masterclasses and achieved notable success in competitions from a young age. She's collaborated with guitarist Tomáš Hoňka in Duo Teres since 2007 and joined the Trio Clavio in 2013. From 2021, she's been affiliated with the Czech Suzuki Association, educating children. Besides, she collaborates with hornist and conductor Radek Baborák and is a part of Czech Sinfonietta and Prague Chamber Soloists. Since 2011, she's been a member of PKF — Prague Philharmonia​.

Lucia Fulka Kopsová has garnered numerous accolades, such as 1st prize at the International Competition Dolný Kubín (2000), and at competitions in Gorizia, Italy and Vidnava (2009), and Osaka, Japan (2011) with Duo Teres. Additionally, with Trio Clavio, she secured 1st place at competitions in Vidnava (2014) and Padova, Italy (2016). Other noteworthy prizes include recognitions at the International Competition Beethoven's Hradec (2006, 2009), L. Janáček International Competition (2007), Josef Muzika International Violin Competition (2003), and Bohuslav Martinů Foundation Competition (2013)​​.
